Kelly came by and tuned our stage grand piano today for our music studio. He warmed up the sound and it plays beautifully. We are so happy with his tuning. Kelly is a nice, personable, and knowledgeable tuner and we highly recommend his work!

I own a grand piano the age I think over 20 years. Have not to tune for a long long time. I have Mr.moore personally in my house tuning it now. He definitely is professional and friendly. Patient and not in a hurry. Show me before tuning and after and also tell me how to tell the kid to have fun with the piano. it is a really good tip. Since my piano is old. We probably need to do it again in a short time. I will call him again. since I called three different services. But they schedule all full. luckily he got some gap open when I call Mr. Moore. That is why he shows up at my home in one week. I am so lucky to have him take care of my piano.
Thank Mr. Moore. I will see you in six months later or sooner.

Mr. Moore came this morning to tune my 50 something year old piano that had not been tuned for over 30 years. He was prompt and very professional. He even took it upon himself to fix my piano stool and my music bar. I enjoyed his company and the knowledge he gave me regarding my piano, none of which I was aware of.  After he was done I so enjoyed listening to him play the piano to verify his work. It sounded so great to me and I was very excited to bring out some old music and give it a try again.
His pricing was in range with what I expected, being that 30 years ago I spent $125...we are scheduled again for the week before Christmas, can't wait to hear the grandkids play...thank you Kelly for making my day.

I called Kelly Moore to ask about restoring my piano. He spent quite a bit of time explaining the process and the expense to have it done. He shared information about the history of my piano and basically why it would not be practical to spend the money to have it restored. The piano has a history in my family and I wanted to pass it down to my grandson. I want to thank Kelly for taking the time with me to answer my questions and lead me in the best direction for my grandson! Thanks!

Mr. Moore came to our home to tune a 100 year old piano we had been gifted. He was accommodating of and engaging with my two young children, showing them the inner workings of the piano as he repaired a few sticky keys and pedal. He was kind with our two large dogs who enjoyed sitting near the bench as he tuned each key and chord. Mr. Moore was upfront about the expectation for such an old piano and took very good care bringing up the pitch modestly without trying to upsell any additional services. Our piano sounds wonderful as my kiddos have started exploring. Mr. Moore was a great person to work with and the outcome has been stellar.

I called Kelly Moore piano service looking for help with my piano he was able to help me and even gave me a little history lesson about my piano tough me a lot of things I didn't know about. This guy is extremely knowable and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good piano guy
